Ludoz

Terms of Service

Last updated 26 September 2026  ·  Applies to the Ludoz mobile game (com.ludozgame.app)

By installing or playing Ludoz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.

Using the game

Ludoz is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the game or any part of it, and you may not use cheats, modified versions of the game, or automated tools to change how it behaves or to gain an advantage over other players.

Playing with other people

Online, with friends and on Wi-Fi, other players see the display name you choose. Please pick one that is not offensive, does not pretend to be someone else, and does not contain anyone's contact details. The game has no chat, so a name is the only thing other players see from you.

If you see a name that breaks these rules, email us with a screenshot and we will look into it. We cannot guarantee how other players behave.

A game in progress is a commitment to the others at the table. Leaving an online game, or letting the turn clock run out three times in one game, counts as a forfeit, and the game carries on or ends without you.

The game is free

Ludoz is free to play and sells nothing: there are no purchases and no paid features. Wins, results and anything else in the game have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Ads

The game is funded by a banner ad at the top of the screen and, on every third time you open the app, a full-screen ad while the game starts. An ad never appears in the middle of a game. We do not control which specific ads are shown. If you see an ad you believe is inappropriate, please report it to us with a screenshot and we will pass it to the ad provider.

Online play depends on other services

Online games and games with friends run through Unity Gaming Services. If those services are unavailable, or your connection is, online play may not work; games against the computer and on Wi-Fi do not depend on them. We do not guarantee that an opponent will always be available online; if nobody is found in time, you play the computer instead.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the game, including its rules and features, at any time. We may also stop supporting older devices or operating system versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer and liability

Ludoz is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. As the game is free, where liability cannot be excluded by law it is limited to the minimum the law allows.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot legally be waived.

Ending these terms

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may restrict access to online play if these terms are broken, for example by tampering with the game.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
